Jared & Chloe’s Golden Hour Engagement Session In Anchorage

“There are many capable women, But you surpass them all” – Proverbs 31: 29. Those are the words that Jared quoted to Chloe just before he proposed. “I mean, they’re perfect words to describe her” he said. He quoted the verse. He got down on one knee. He asked the question. and then, he dropped the ring. “I couldn’t believe it” Jared laughed “I was so nervous.” Through all the nerves and hiccup or two Jared asked Chloe to be his wife and she said yes!!

Jared, Chloe and I spent the sunniest afternoon walking through Kincaid park and they reminisced on their relationship and engagement. Don’t let golden hour fool you, these two beamed without the help of the sunshine. One of my absolute favorite things about photography is getting to experience the most joyful moments of peoples lives with them. I get to help them preserve this little sliver of time in their lives for generations to come!
