There are so many different ways to plan a wedding. Throughout the pandemic I’ve seen it all. From the micro-wedding to the large and in charge. What never ceases to amaze me is, regardless of how the event actually takes places, my couples absolutely beam on the day of their weddings.

Before I’d ever even picked up a camera, aside from maybe a disposable. I, like many preteens, started my journey in the work force babysitting. Placed conveniently across the cup-de-sac were some family friends with two little girls. The oldest being Brooklyn and then little Madison.

I have truly only known these wonderful people as the beautiful little family they are. Mom, Dad, and sweet baby girl. I also cannot imagine it any other way. Their wedding day was filled with such heartwarming moments. Between Alexis putting on Blairs matching pearls to instead of a first dance, they shared a dance as a family.

know me you know I love a simple, elegant, and intentional aesthetic soooo, yes please!! We settled on a local field sprinkled with wildflowers and a fantastic shot of the mountains and you can see for yourself that the result was perfection.

Spring of 2017 I had recently quit my job as a medical assistant after a long stint of some serious burnout. I was looking for something comfortable and familiar to fill my days while I decided wether or not I was going to jump into photography full time. So I turned back to coffee.
