Shea & Alex’s Rainy Alaska Wedding

If you’ve been following along you probably saw Shea and Alex tie the knot last winter after their large ceremony had to be postponed, until now. Shea and Alex finally got to stand in front of their family and friends to celebrate their relationship all together! It was well worth the wait!

Shea and Alex’s love story is a beautiful one. Almost a decade in the making they have seen it all and tackled it all together. They’ve seen each other through schooling, loss of loved ones, becoming homeowners, surviving a pandemic wedding, and they did it all hand in hand. Shea and Alex are a perfect example of what a true marriage is about. It’s about truly living life with someone, day in and day out.

Person after person took the mic to congratulate the couple. Then, it was time for the mother of the groom to take her turn. The room hushed and she began. Recounting their relationship, and the moment she knew this one, this one was going to be different. Teary eyed she sighed and said “We have been waiting years for you to FINALLY MARRY HER”.

Shea and Alex, I’m not sure I’ve ever been in a room where every single person in it beamed such unconditional happiness for two people and you deserve every single drop. That’s because you have loved each other and the people around you so fully that they just cannot contain it. I am so thrilled to have been there for you and I can’t wait to see what wonderful things come next for you!
