A deep breath in.. a trembling exhale out.. The moment they have been waiting for has finally arrived. Nestled in the privacy of the bridal suite at the beautiful snow peak farm, William is just moments from seeing the love of his life, finally, as his bride. He turns to face away, the door creeks, and the tapping of Jessica’s heels as she enters the room. His heart rate increases, his hands start to shake, the anticipation is almost unbearable. The countdown begins “three.. two.. one.. and turn” One final breath and… there she is. His breath catches in his chest and then all of the days anxiety melts away. There she is. Not a dry eye in the room.
Yes, from beginning to end, from the top to the bottom, Jessica and William’s wedding was absolutely amazing. The weather was glorious, the flowers were stunning, the views were breathtaking, and best of all a beautiful couple. What stood out to me the most is their love. The love that these two have for each other is astounding. So excited to be husband and wife it was overwhelming. The way they treated each other so kindly, touched each other with such tenderness, and held each other with such devotion. A love story for the ages.
Jessica and William, I want to thank you for trusting me with such a special moment in your relationship. It was an honor to see you retire the titles of fiancé and level up to Husband and Wife. Wedding planning through a worldwide health crisis cannot be easy, but I never saw you with anything other than smiles on your faces and excitement in your hearts. Throughout your marriage you’ll be posed with many choices and you’ll have to ask yourself “Will this bring me closer to my spouse or farther away”. You’ve started your marriage off with a perfect choice, the choice to prioritize your marriage over all else. You should be proud of the first choice you made as a married couple. Keep that up and you’ll be in for an extremely happy life.
