All Alaskans know that spring here looks a little different than spring in the Lower 48 (known to non-Alaskan as the Contiguous United States). We don’t even really refer to it as Spring, the month of April is more often referred to as “Break Up Season”.

Sometimes it amazes me how large and how small our world can be and I don’t think I’m alone. That’s why shows like “This is us” are so popular. The way our lives crisscross, intersect, and part is fascinating.
